Our Approach

Based on how you work, you might want to preflight your coaching sessions by asking the client to fill in all of the tests you usually want to use. Alternatively, you can ask them to fill in a single test for each session and focus that session on the results of that test. You have complete freedom to express the results against a variety of norm groups, you can also directly compare the results of different tests because the results are shown in a unified framework.
